Only thing to like was the linen was clean And the roof didn’t leak Bathroom was clean

Had heater/cooling unit
Bath was advertised on the room listing but after requesting a bathplug (in the photo on the listing) to use it they told me 'we adveristed it as a bath with overhead shower, you're not supposed to use the bath'. I booked this specific room solely because a bath was available and I wanted one, I paid for one, and couldn't have one.
